FormFactory™ Module

The optional Atlas FormFactory™ Module serves as the central location for the management of custom forms offered on a Website. Here, forms are defined and populated with fields, questions, and calculations to be displayed by pages for site visitors to complete.

This is made possible through the coordination of FormFactory Module and its extremely versatile FormFactory Form Display tag. Through forms displayed by the tag, site visitors may answer a variety of question types, including text, checkboxes, radio buttons and pull-downs, all created within the Form Manager. Results collected are sent to predefined recipients via e-mail, stored in the database, and/or sent through a payment processing gateway such as authorize.net.

Well-built online forms are the most effective tool for gathering data from your site visitors. Given FormFactory's support for any combination of fields, you can tune forms to meet specific information needs; from simple contact forms, to online registrations, to e-commerce forms that do math and process credit card payments.
